Food To Help Migraines What Kind Of Food Causes Migraines?

What kind of food causes migraines? - food to help migraines

I have very bad headaches and my doctor told me that my diet could be responsible, but not really taken the time to tell me, what foods causes migraine. Not so much cheese or chocolate. I like to drink tea with sweetener.

Is there a special diet I should change to solve this problem?

Different people have different triggers, some of which may be associated with food. For me, food, drinks, and does chocolate, strawberries, cheese, onion / garlic / chives (or) alcohol and over-ripe banana smell. No food will trigger: no food, stress and fatigue. The biggest improvement came from treatment for a thyroid problem (which is not commonly associated with migraine) diagnosed.

How to find your triggers may be helpful to keep a diary with details of what you eat.

There are many inconsistencies in the diet. Most of us are intolerant of mono-sodium glutamate, while the caffeine in tea and coffee slightly diuretic, is a net contribution to the fluid body by these things.

I had migraines for years, like almost everyone in my family. Common triggers light (the screens are the worst for me), stress, alcohol and loud noises. As food goes, I have to make sure that I'm hydrated and do not drink too much, but that's all. Your doctor will probably talk about any disability, or suggests is that you are only a healthier diet. I knew very much less headache due to regular consumption and eating a variety of healthy foods.
